- of ongoing wisdom competence development, facilitating
humanness and people synergy, and synchronising organisation
into inspiring ethical futures
I have been developing the field of Leadingship for over thirty years. This
development constitutes a break with clever 'old beer in new pots'
repackaging and the glut of restrictive/exploitative practices. I am
completing a PhD on the development journey of African Fusion
Leadingship and its resulting Ukuphatha Leadingship approach and
model.
People, organisations small and large, and the planet urgently require
